by Online Shopper, Dec 08, 2009 the complaint that I have , is that I orderd 1 of these items,it showed 1 on my order , but they filled the order with 2 and charged me for 2. then I had the wait for the order to get here and then send one back for a refund

by Online Shopper, Dec 07, 2009 The deliver company left much to be desired. I took the afternoon off from work to meet their delivery schedule between 1PM & 5PM. They arrived at 6:45PM

by Online Shopper, Dec 07, 2009 Difficult tracking 3 days of transit not updated.Didn't see any statement requiring signature & that its required to have someone home all day. Resulted in late delivery due to reschedule.

by Online Shopper, Dec 07, 2009 Crutchfield sets the standard for quality products and service. My only concern was with the logistic company that handled delivery of the tv. Crutchfield resolved the problem quickly.
