by Online Shopper, Dec 08, 2009 Website is a little difficult to search. Your competitor's website is much more easy to maneuver. Some of the pricing is competitive but with difficult surfing, not sure I would shop here again.

by Online Shopper, Dec 08, 2009 officemax says they made a mistake in the price so they will cancel the entire order. So does someone loose thier job or is just a big con job from officemax. I never have these issues with Staples as they work harder to keep thier customers happy.

by Online Shopper, Dec 08, 2009 I did not receive a confirmation email after I ordered this item telling me when I could expect to receive it. I also did not receive an email letting me know WHEN it was actually shipped, or a tracking number.
