by Online Shopper, Dec 07, 2009 The original order was back ordered. The address was incorrect (customer error) but the package was still delivered (Thank you). It was hard to track the package because it changed carriers.

by Online Shopper, Dec 07, 2009 Both boxes were delivered damaged, which was noted to the carrier UPS. We inspected the box containing a cushion through the hole to see if there was in fact any damage to the contents, there appeared to be none. POOR SHIPPING AND PACKAGING!
